I just got my renewal notice from the Tiffin Allegro club. My first year was free. Do you have to be a member of the Tiffin Allegro club to attend Tiffin rallies or are the Allegro club rallies a separate entity? This is confusing.

Yes, you have to be a member of the national Tiffin Allegro Club to attend rallies or to be a member of local chapters. One of the things they will require on a national rally registration form is your member number.
