Looking for some advise on Tiffin roof rail repairs. It appears thatEast Valley RV Specialist in Arizona is authorized to complete these repairs. Has anyone on the forum used East Valley RV Specialistfor this type of work?Going to Red Bay is very difficult for me, just trying to find a quality authorized Tiffin service center closer to home.

East Valley has an excellent reputation. Since you didn't post your coach year, the roof rail issue only affects early 2012 through 2008 coaches. Did you check with Tiffin to see if your VIN is in the range covered by the recall?
