4/17/14, Called about replacing my door handle on my 2000 28' allergo. after 35 min on hold. i was told it is no longer made. They said they would look for a replacement and call me back. 4/18/14, called them back and waited around 40 min and at 4:30 they said they were CLOSED (automated) and the phone went dead. 4/22/14, e-mailed service and they would find out who took my call and they would call back. No call. 4/25/14, I called back, after 45 min on hold, they said they would talk to the Boss, he may know the replacement part. when he picked back up, somehow we lost connection.
The people i talked to were nice,but should it be this much trouble to find a part? Has anybody else had this problem? Thanks..
