The couch was $1,470 installed be Bauer.
We pulled into their parking lot, setup on their 50 amp service, and they had the couch done within a few hours. However, we worked with them a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. Our Lambright recliner also peeled and we replaced that with a tan Fjord full leather recliner. Bauer shipped several color samples to one of our planned stops allowing us to select a color that would match our newly installed recliner.
The Flexsteel ticket on the furniture is all they need as she can pull up all the required patterns and make the covers. My front seats were recovered using covers from Tiffin and the installer threw away the Flexsteel ticket for our front seats (along with screwing up the seats and the wiring). However, Lisa was able to pull up the original order to Flexsteel from Tiffin for our coach serial number and provide me with the required ticket information for future front seat orders should I need it.
One thing worth noting, if the coach you buy front seats that have the seatbelts installed on the seat like ours (not anchored to the wall) these seats have special disassembly and assembly methods and are very complex. Based on our experience, I would only let Bauer install the covers on the this type of seat.
One further note, if Tiffin supplies the new seat covers, they supply the same material you would be replacing. The only way to upgrade to true UltraLeather is through Bauer.

Does that include passenger and driver seats?

On our '16 Open Road, both the driver's and passenger's seats started peeling/separating around a year or so ago. No problem thus far with the couch. We don't have the booth dinette.

If it was upgraded to ultra leather, then it should be on good condition. If they just got the standard, it probably need to be redone. You'll know as soon as you see it, who spent the extra money for the upgrade.

Our 2013 RED had the captains chairs and some of the dinette sections redone prior to our buying it in 10/21. Since we have owned it the couch and the other parts of the dinette are peeling badly.

We just got the motorhome back home. I received the seat covers from Tiffin. I'll start the process of recovering the front seats here pretty soon. I'll keep you posted.

I have the ultra leather in my 2012 Breeze. Everything was peeling so Tiffin replaced it all under warranty 2yrs ago. They will no longer warranty the peeling leather so its up to you to pay for it. They sent new leather skins for the captains chairs and sofa. For the dinnette they sent a whole new dinnette. I got 2 pallets worth of dinette delivered to my house.

We had the captains chairs, full dinette, and the “L” couch all reupholstered. The quote was for $6100. The owner made a mistake and forgot the couch was an L, and thus missed quoting the pull out portion. Should’ve been about $1000 more, but she honored the quoted price. Great business. Great job was done and they allowed us to “camp” in their lot - complete with 50amp hookup!

I have a 2019 RED 33AA and the driver and passenger seat are starting to peel. I contacted Tiffin and they said I was out of the 3 year warranty for upholstery, end of story. Tiffin has started the downhill slide.

No, that's Thor customer service at it's best. Tiffin started the downhill slide the day Bob sold out to Thor.
