2018 list for the 36LA is $163,300. Options didn't go up much at all.

Figure about $180k list loaded, with about a 28% discount from one of the big 4 dealers, and go from there.

BTW, the 2018 price list came out in April of 2017.

Excellent! Thanks DWRichard. This is what I needed. We are hopeful we can get the 28% if we use one of the local dealers near Redbay (i.e. Sherman or one of the others). Any tips on negotiating tactics would be much appreciated.

Tip: Do not add a trade-in to the equation. If you do, you will never know what you paid for the new one.

I negotiated the out the door price with my dealer and then they reduced the amount using my trade in and down payment. Result is what I financed at a very reasonable rate. Didn't feel cheated as a month later I saw my trade in a storage lot. Got in touch with the new owner and he had paid $2K more then I got on trade in. Very fair for the dealer to make money on the old Winnebago.

As others have said I don't think you will get your hands on the dealer cost price list. However you can get your hands on a retail price list that has the base price of the motorhome and then prices of each option. From that you can take 27-28% discount off and see what is probably the best price you are going to get (unless you are buying an end of model year unit).

I was at the Tiffin visitor center at the factory in Red Bay a few weeks ago and they had photo copies of the retail price list for each model line. So far I have not found it online like I have the previous two years.

Excellent!! This is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't find it. I didn't realize that the Amber Glazed Cabinets were more expensive. I assume the other options don't cost more.

What is Tocana Bailey Ultra Leather? Just the color or is the leather different?

Glad this is what you were needing. The Bailey leather actually costs more per yard than the others . That is why there is an upcharge on the price sheet. It is the lightest color as well.

Tiffin has 2 different MSRP price lists for each model line. One for the eastern region dealers and another for the central/western dealers. The base model prices on the central/western MSRP price sheet are higher then on the eastern MSRP price sheet because of the delivery transportation costs from the plant in Alabama. The pricing of the options is the same on both sheets. Typically, you can see a very small "E" or "CW" somewhere on the top of the MSRP price sheet.

My dealer for the last three Tiffin motorhomes is only 40 miles from our WI home. I must be different than most, as I want him to make a decent profit so he will be there when and if I need him. I didn't try to beat him up with price, but compared his to another big volume dealer. He was higher, but I was ok with it. They are a family business and have always given me prompt and fair service. When I was in the retail/service business, we had customers that would order a $150,000 to $300,000 project and not ask for the final cost. When done, I went with the contract (it was all verbal till then), he signed and wrote the check. I was always fair with them and they alway got our best and fastest service when they called, even on Sundays. Then there were the customers that tried to beat me up on price, They were at the bottom of our priority list. Some I refused to deal with and they went elsewhere, but eventually came back because we had the best service in the area. With me, it's not all about price. I'm more interested in the total relationship established with trust over time.

Hi, Bill

Can you put the 2018 retail prices for the Phaetons on here, please? I've been trying, without success, to find them.

Thanks.
