How do you tighten the mirror? The mirror keeps turning and I can't find the bolts

I have same problem on my right side rear view mirror on my 2013 Phaeton. I'll be watching for instructions also.

I have velvac mirrors and have had the same problem. I went to the velvac.com and downloaded the exploded view drawings for the mirror. On my model of mirror, I removed a cover plate and there was a hex screw, had to turn the mirror in the opposite direction to be able to tighten the screw, then, pulled the mirror back to the screw threads.....I know it sounds confusing, but it will make sense after you see the inside of your mirror.

If you are talking about the mirror head, I had the same problem on our '15 Allegro RED. If you look up under the chrome head there is a hex set screw on the side of the arm sort of hidden. On the passenger side, it was easily accessible. On the driver's side, I had to cut down the short end of an allen wrench to about 1/2" in order to reach it under the mirror head. If you are talking about the arm moving, there is a cap underneath the mount that pops out. Under that is a 9/16" bolt that can be tightened.

TMH has used several different styles on the DS. Some of them don't "lock", but use the set screw to apply force to a spring. You may need to turn the head so that it is facing your coach to access the screw. Most PS mirrors that I've seen lock the mirror with set screws that are located behind removable covers.
