Tires: Correct Pressure & Monitoring System

Our Wayfarer with MB Sprinter has a sticker on driver's side door recommending inflating tires to 61 psi

Our MB dealer says our uneven tire wear was due to low inflation pressure. They added air to all six tires.

Two months elapse, and I have to the tires checked. Five of the six were at 70 psi. One of the four rear tires was like 20 psi. They aired it up to 70 psi.

I need to find a tire service center that can lift the rig and see if I have a leak. Having trouble finding someone with the equipment to lift the weight.

Also, should I have a sensor to alert me of low tire pressure (it's a 2016 Sprinter)?

Not sure where you live, but would go to a truck center or shop to get your tire checked. They will have all the necessary tools and equipment. Can’t help you with the sensor as unsure what type of system you are using. Not sure if a 2016 model year came with an onboard tire sensor.

Suggest you get a TPMS for your RV. Any decent system will monitor your tires for PSI and temp and will alert you for a sudden drop in PSI or if below a set PSI.
20 PSI is pretty low , are you checking tire pressure before each trip?

I just bought the TST System from TechnoRV and they just extended the sale.

I watched a ton of videos and comparisons as well as online discussions and this was the one to go with. I also bought 4 caps for my tow’s vehicle.
