Trying to sanitize help

I am trying to sanitize my water system on my 2010 Phaeton QHT. I have to disconnect the pump suction and pump the solution in. The only thing is the pump starts to pump then loses prime after just a few seconds. I have verified the pump works it just won’t suck the solution out of my 5 gallon bucket.

Any suggestions?

That’s usually caused by air in the system. Make sure the hose connection you are using is securely connected. Also make sure the hose in the bucket does not come out of the solution. Also have at least one faucet open and the city/ fill valve is not in the fill position.
