Turn red light out

I have a Dometic 8700 in the back bedroom of my 43' Bus. The red light came on and the toilet would not flush. I emptied the tank and the light stayed on. Two days later the light went out. I contacted Dometic and they were very helpful in telling me that if it happened again I could cut the yellow wire in the little black box to be able to flush. However, I don't know where this little black box is. Can any one help me locate it. Thanks.

Before you start cutting any wires I would make sure the entire black water system was thoroughly cleaned. Sounds like something was stuck on the sensor in the black water holding tank which caused to red light to stay on. I had this problem in my grey water tank and after driving a couple days the tank full sensor finally stopped showing a full grey water tank.

I don't know about your 2011 Bus but in my 2013 I have a louvered panel located in the bedroom, just to the right of the step up into the rear bathroom. The panel is very close to the floor and it's removal will give you access to the area under the shower and to a handful of wiring. The control module for the toilet is also there. Mine is a small black box about the size of a deck of cards. My light comes on at about 73% so I installed a small on-off switch in the yellow wire to disable that function when we're boondocking and need to use max tank space.

That was everything I wanted to know. Thanks to all.
