Turn Signal Cameras are Reversed

We have a 2013 Phaeton 36GH when using the right turn signal the left side of the coach is shown and when using the left signal the right side of the coach is shown. We tried resetting the cameras but it isn't working. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thanks

On my Voyager system, you can go into the menu and change that.

Has it always been like that? If you canít change it in the menu, then change the plugs in the back of the monitor.

There should be a controller under the dash with three RCA type plugs into it. Those are the three camera inputs. Swap the left and right inputs.

My Allegro had the same issue. Mine has a velcro panel on the dash. There is marked wires for the right and left turn signal. I swapped the wires and every thing was good. The cameras started flickering so I crimped the couplers a little and now I'm good. Hope this helps.

The camera positions can be changed in the setup area of the menu.

It can be changed in the menu but itís not obvious how to do it. You just have to mess with it. The obvious change doesnít change it, if that makes sense.

This actually may be your easiest fix. Very easy to get to those connections under the removeable dash piece. Plus, you can be sure each connection is tight, and wrapped in electrical tape to assure they do not come loose down the road. I had the DS connection come just loose enough that the camera was cutting in and out.
