I saw about 6 new 2020 buses this week in Red Bay. The changes I noticed are:
1. Wet bay door on passenger side is now an opening door instead of fixed in place.
2. Cargo bays are now covered in a plastic surface instead of the gold carpet.
3. The wood trim around interior slides was nicer, had some crown molding on 3 of the 6 units.
4. Prettier backsplash tile than the white subway tile of the 2019.
5. Divided kitchen sink for 2020.
6. In the IP floor plan, the 2 master bath sinks are nicer and mated from the bottom. Water faucets come up from below the counter instead of out from the wall.
7. Interior package trim changes and dash color change.
8. They added a grey cabinet finish to choose.
