Have 2016 Allegro red pa 38. On the TV above the fireplace is there a USB port on back? If there is how do you get to it? I am wanting to hook my IPad up to the TV

If yours is an LG TV it should be similar to ours. If you look at the left side of the TV (facing the TV) there should be two or three USB ports. You may need a flashlight to see the ports. If you plug a flash drive in, it will ask if you want to switch to the USB input. If you have trouble plugging in to it, you can put an extension cord in the port then plug into it.

If I found the USB port, there is not enough room to plug a canlevin

Don't know what a canlevin is.... If you are trying to play a movie, you can plug it into the front usb port of the hometheatre system in the entertainment cabinet, which then it is available on all the tv's.

Which coach do you have, there isn't a pa 38. 37PA, 38QBA, 38QRA?

Many new TV's have a port for programming the TV that does not connect to the same place internally that you want to feed media to. Find a diagram or pull the TV to find out what they port you can see is for. I'd probably pull the TV, install an extension cable or hub and rehang. YMMV.
