vibrating mirrors Tiffin 37 pa

Our '18 Allegro Red 37 pa has an issue with both outside mirrors vibrating. The dealer has replaced the mirrors and arms twice but the problem continues. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have any suggestions? Thanks, Chuck

My driver mirror vibrates as well. The mirror itself vibrates, not the housing.

You might want to check your wheel balance on the front tires. Normally you get some shake/movement on the mirrors just from normal road bumps but if it is a high speed vibration, then something else has to be generating it.

All three of the motor homes I've owned have had vibrating mirrors, even with balanced tires. The motor mechanism that lets you have convenient remote mirrors is not totally tight and allows some movement. If the head assembly is not moving, just the mirror you may just have to learn to live with it.

Whoever manufactures these mirrors needs to step up their game. It’s hard enough to drive these things properly never mind looking through shakey mirrors.

We had that problem with our PS mirror and it also "wandered" when we were out on the road. We are currently at Red Bay getting "stuff" done and they replaced the entire mirror. NO problems with it now.

My mirrors also shook quite a bit. I called the manufacturer, Velvac, and the rep told me to adjust the housing so that the mirror did not stick out on either side when it was in my driving position. Although they still shake a little, this fixed most of it.
