Water in bay

I have a 2016 - 36LA. Whenever I am driving and it rains my wet bay, located in front of my drivers side rear tires - gets water in it. One day went through several off and on thunderstorms and the bay was completely filled with water. I can’t seem to see where the water is getting in. Has anyone heard of this problem?

I have that same issue . I believe the water is coming from the wheel well and the bay is not completely, sealed but have no real proof. I put a bead of silicone, in the wheel well, along the edge where the compartment butted along the frame. It seemed to cut down on how mech water came in. Since then, I sprayed that area with a rubber sealant but have not been driving in the rain yet to see if it fixed the ptoblrm.

Not an uncommon problem. It doesn't take much of a hole to get a leaky compartment - especially behind a wheel. Suggest you use spray foam to seal the compartments especially the top.

Check where plumbing enters and exits the compartment. There may be a pipe or two not properly calked.

Is the front or rear wall showing more moisture ?
could also be due to water hose port.
