When it rains i have water in the compartment outside under the driver window. has anyone had this problem? I have checked the seal which is good all around the door. i have checked the wires above the compartment and they are not wet. The walls are not wet. just water on the floor of the compartment

It might be coming from the wheel well area, check for gaps in the sprayed undercoating around that area.
It also could be coming from the window. Water can run down the interior wall and into the compartment.
