Does anyone know how to “switch” the AquaGo water heater from propane to electric?

And does anyone know know if the 2021 Wayfarer actually has tank heaters and if so for which tanks? There is an option to turn “tank heaters” on on the Spider system but the manual doesn’t mention any tank heaters.

The tank heaters are on all the tanks and very inefficient because they run tilln the temp reaches 50 deg F (useless really because they only need to heat the tank to 33 deg F). So just turn them on when yI ou actually think the temo will dip below 32 deg F for a few hours.

On mine, it was the pigtail to the electric inline heater and the 'Defrost' setting on the control. It only did defrost level heating to keep the unit from freezing. It didn't do water heating per se.

FL, a word if you're interested. I spliced into my tank heaters a 32deg snap thermostat which is normally open. It closes at 32 degrees. So, it turns on my tank heater ONLY at 32 degrees and back off once the tank gets warmer than 32 degrees. Obviously it depends on where you put the snap thermostat but I figure in a protected low place on the tank is probably the coldest.

So, in theory, I can leave my tank heaters on all the time and they won't consume any energy until the tank gets below 32 degrees F.

I bought a bunch of them because you can't buy just three so if you are interested in where I got them PM me.
