Wet Bay Replaced

07 Phaeton 40QSH i ordered the parts package from Tiffin and did the replacement myself. The tiffin video on Youtube was very helpful, as were some threads on here. The old OSB was falling apart, only thing holding it in place was the rubber membrane. Wasn't much fun as the weekend was very rainy and cold, but it feels good to have it done. We knew when we bought it last year that it would have to be done. I waited a week for it to warm up and sprayed on the undercoating.

Tiffin parts was very helpful. The fitment of the floor and drain pan was perfect. shipping that panel to Alaska was almost as expensive as the parts, but I was able to save on the labor by doing it myself. Better than new now.

Show us some pics! I will be rebuilding mine this winter on my Newmar DS. Got to replace some metal on the outside bottom of mine also. Rusted out.
