What is my 2006 Tiffin Phaeton Flexsteel furniture covering material?

Trying to figure out if it's leather, or what it is, and how to take care of it. Thanks for any insight and advice.

Is it flaking? I just replaced all of mine. Unfortunately Tiffin was replacing them on the house up until last month. Now you need to pay for them, but they are available. There’s a tag under your seat with the model info. Get that and your vin/model and call them up.

In that timeframe, Tiffin was using Ultraleather. It's a high grade imitation leather. I had the same in my 06 Bounder. It didn't take any maintenance unless I spilled something on it. I used a 50/50 mix of white vinegar & water to clean.
