Does anyone knows what is this
Not a sky light since it's not visible from the inside

It's a weatherproof cover for factory installed wiring. At that location, my guess would be for solar or WiFi router installation. The satellite prewiring is normally closer to centerline of the coach. They use those for satellite wiring, router wiring, and solar wiring depending on what your factory build sheet shows.

The are two more antennas
One is like a dish inside a dome the other is like a plate then this
Must be connections for the solar panel like you said

The black dome in front of your A/C is a satellite antenna. If the other antenna you referred to is a "flying saucer" type mounted on a stand about 6" above the roof, that's your OTA antenna.
