Depending on what you need done, you might want to consider giving East Valley RV Specialists a call. They are an independent authorized Tiffin service facility that can do Tiffin warranty work by factory trained service techs.

I was there twice with my previous Tiffin coach and was very satisfied with their work.

Yes, the wait times right now are very long. Even the outback service wait is a month, maybe more.

We dropped our 2021 Phaeton off at the Outback on October 13. Was in a service bay mid-week last week and the mechanical shop yesterday. Still one more item to get resolved. Only had 9 items on our list.

Thanks. That's great news. I just spoke with Tina on Monday, and she indicated wait is now 4 weeks. Hopefully, based on your experience, she was being cautious not to over promise a shorter wait.

Red bay

we are planning to head to RB the first week of Jan. I am planning to use I40 unless the weather says otherwise. Leaving from Albuquerque. Once we get to Ammarillo i will determine the I40 or I20 or I10 options. Im hoping there will be places to stay along the way on I40. See you at the mothership!!

We will probably head out in February as it looks right now. We took a drive over to East Valley RV Specialists in Apache Junction. Very impressed with the knowledge there. Since our issue is a slide right now, we will address that first when they can get us in.

Have a safe trip down the I-40 and be careful. You may still be at the Mothership when we get there!!

Just dropped of our RED 37BA for the "Outback service" program this morning. Allegro Campground full with others in the overflow lot, and most camp sites around town full, or near full.
This was our first trip to Red Bay to get some first year warranty work completed.
We stayed 2 nights at Red Bay Acres before winterizing the coach this morning, then dropping it off with Tiffin.
While there over the weekend we drove up to see the Wilson Dam, and walk around the visitor trail there. Well worth the 45 minute drive. Impressive.
Drove right past the turn off for the coon dog cemetery. After seeing other posts here, sorry we didn't stop. Maybe when we go back to pick up our coach.

Thanks

Wait time updates?

Any updates on how service is moving along at Red Bay lately? Today marks 3 weeks since we dropped off our coach for service. At that time the estimate was 4 weeks wait time.

I just don't understand why people are so eager to go to Red Bay and then have to wait a week to a month to get in for service. I would never purchase a motorhome from a dealer that could not provide the service they need when new and years later. Even though I have been retired for many years, my time is worth more to me that to waste it waiting in Red Bay.

4-1/2 hour drive, see the factory and the town for the first time, and get some warranty work done by the best techs around - no Brainer. And, all I had to do was drop it off, tour the area a bit, and drive home and wait until they call that the work is done. Plus, camped out a couple days nearby and met some nice folks before we dropped the coach off.
What's there to not like?

What is the wait time at the dealer where you bought your RV?
