Whirlpool Washer F24 error

My DW and I just purchased a 2011 Phaeton QTH. We just got home this evening from the dealership in SC and have a few bugs to work out.

The main issues we've discovered is that we're getting a constant F24 error on the Whirlpool stackable washer while doing a load. The F24 seems to indicate a water temperature problem. I find it odd that a washing machine would care about that, but evidently they do.

Has anyone run into this issue and what was the fix (short of calling a repairman). I'm not afraid of tearing into something if I know what the problem is.

Note, some model years have it in the front, some in the rear.Would suggest coating it with plumbers grease before re-install, little dab will do wonders.It decides to add cold, or, hot water depending on cycle selected.
