I didn't mind the front engine noise but the DP sure is quiet up front. However, the overall noise level and rough ride was bad. Some of the higher end models offer air ride suspension at least in the rear where there is little weight.

Well unless they are for moving dumpsters, I stand corrected.

Tiffin is engineering one as we speak. They also announced a new bus floor plan. I wish they would take that money and put it back into quality like the earlier coaches. These new ones leave a lot to be desired.

Junk
We have a 2013 Tiffin 38DP and we’re considering the Integra accolade but after we saw it it was a piece of junk not the quality of a Tiffin. We refell in love with our coach but then two weeks later traded for a 2018 allegro bus 40 SP and love it

Yes they are working on the final floor plan option now. I know because I have my name on chassis # 7 in the chassis shop, I chose a very basic floor plan. Specs say it will Tow 25 K lbs. Engine final HP will be decided and programed after final assembly , and coach has an official scale wieght. Hope this coach rides and drives as good as my Renegade does. My Race car trailer will be painted to match. It helps to have a brother who works for Thor………(it is supposed to be nicer than a Renegade or Newmar,,we will see)

Are these S2RV, M2-106, or M2-112 chassis?
I'm looking forward to seeing the floor plans and finished product.

Yep, safety. You have some roll-over protection and about 5 feet of engine and frame in front of you in the event of a front end collision. That is one of the main reasons I bought one. One more thing, most diesel shops that don't work on RVs will work on them because from the doors forward it's just a medium duty truck they are very familiar with.

Will your chassis #7 have a 6.7L or 8.9L engine? If 6.7L, then I'll need to look someplace else.
