Question Windshield wipers only work on high speed 2019 PH 40IH

Has anyone else had this problem? Windshield wipers only work on high speed. No low speed or intermittent setting. When you shut off the wipers they stop in place, no return to home.

Checked the motor - no issues.
Replaced the wiper motor jumper harness, P/N 5086775. No change.
Replaced the wiper control module. No change.

I'm out of parts to replace at this point.
Any suggestions other than plan a trip to Red Bay?

We had a very similar set of problems with our 2019 40IH. Replaced wiper motor & no change. Turns out there was a 30A fuse in compartment below driver's seat.

I don't have a diagram in front of me, but most wiper motors have 3 power leads. #1 is for high speed and is switched on by the high-speed setting on the control switch. #2 is for low speed and also is switched on by the control switch. #3 is the park mode and powers the motor so that it can run to its parked position on low speed (where it stops through internal switching).

I’d recommend giving our tech support team a call for assistance. They’ll need your VIN to determine which chassis you have, as your model could be equipped with either our chassis or Freightliner. It's also possible that you may not need the jumper harness, as some models came with them even though they weren’t necessary. You could try it without the jumper harness to see if that helps. Our team is ready and happy to assist you with anything you need!

I found a video of a coach similar to yours, it looks like it has a VIP type steering wheel with the controls for the wipers on the wheel.

If so it could be a problem with the controller and/or clock spring. If you look at their website it shows the steering wheels. They also have a good troubleshooting guide. https://www.imminet.com/immi-vip-wheels/

THANK YOU! It was the blown 30 AMP Fuse. I should have posted this earlier! Tiffin tech support had me replacing all these expensive parts and all I had to replace is a $2 fuse.

Two different sets of Tiffin techs, at the service center could not solve our problem. They had to call someone at the main plant. Took him about 5 min to find the blown fuse.
