windshield wipers went out

At the suggestion of many I'm posting a question about specific problem. Makes sense! My wipers went out, worked for about 5 min. then stopped in the middle of wind shield. Checked fuses, in engine compartment, under dash by pedals, all OK. Had mach. look at it while on road, he thought no power to motor ? Anyone have any suggestions?

There are so many fuses in a motorhome. Do you have a chart showing which fuse feeds the wipers to make sure you checked the right one? Should be in your owners manual or posted near the fuses. Always go for the simplest solution first.

Do you have a multi-meter that you can use to check the wires feeding to motor to verify the "no power to motor"? If you don't you can pick one up at Lowes, HD, etc... This wont be the last time you will need a meter in your MH adventures.

I know what you mean about the wind out that way, lost the awning to wind gusts in SD on my way home from MT Rushmore.
