Wiper Alignment

What are your suggestions on wipers on 2005 allegro bay. i think they should be in the center when off but right side stays all to right,in way of mirror . can i make it where both are in the middle near window division.

Probably. The "park" position should be the same on both sides, either middle or the edges. A call to Tiffin Motorhomes Customer Service might get you an answer as to how to adjust. Maybe it has slipped out of alignment, or maybe a previous owner liked it that way and changed it. Ya never know.

You might get some better feedback in the Tiffin Owners forum, so I'm sending you a message that will allow you to move this thread to there if you like.

Gary is probably has a good suggestion , on boats some of are wiper motors could have the park moved to where you wanted it. You adjusted it in the gear box.

I own a 2004 Allegro Bay and when parked both wipers are in the center. Call Tiffin Service at 1-256-356-0261

I had a similar problem with my 2000 model Allegro. In other posts there was discussion of the center bolt/nut coming loose. I found a PDF file catalog from DENSO. DENSO Downloads
The wiper catalog has detail drawings of several years/models of motorhome wiper systems. I don't see a drawing for a 2005 Allegro Bay, but it may be close. For my motorhome, the loose nut was part #12 in the drawing (for Allegro). I loosened the bolt/nut assembly completely, reset the position of the wipers and tightened the nut. Still working great. Hope this can maybe help you.
