Has anyone devised a fix for the rear mirror bypass doors on the closet? What I am speaking of is the plastic wheel on the lower frame. All four rollers are broken on mine.
The company that built the mirror is Shower Enclosures America, Inc. (SEA). Located in Ontario, CA, phone is 800.536.7324. I have contacted them and the answer is that the company that built the roller assembly went out of business in 2004. Since, they are hanging the doors from above with different rollers and track.
I have looked for a replacement without success. .5" width, 1" roller.
I have an idea which I have yet to get to.
- Drill the rivet out
- Find a series of steel washers to duplicate the wheel
- Rivet in place
I am sure open to other ideas.
