02' Pace Arrow 37A - Sat antenna will not rotate

New to me 2002 Pace Arrow 37A. This is the standard equipment roof mounted satellite antenna. Cranks up/down (elevation) just fine. But I cannot rotate it (azimuth). There is a lock lever, which is set to unlock. The direction ring tuen freely.

Is there domething I am doing wrong? A common problem with this antenna?

Thanks!

Are you having trouble with a satilite dish or a crank up antenna ? Could be it just needs a liberal dose of silicon lube. My coach had been sitting a year and the antenna wouldn't even crank up .

Try getting, the brand and model # off the dish, if you don't have a users manual with a trouble shooting guide, see if you can find one on line; if the manufacturer doesn't have a web page then re-post with the brand info and maybe someone can scan their manual through to you.

It is the standard sat dish antenna that fleet wood included on the coach. No manufacturer info on the inside controls. Unfortunate I cannot climb to see if any more info on the exterior unit.
