Discovery: 03 Discovery 37’ 330hp

Hey all, new to the Fleetwood forum. We are looking possibly purchasing a 03 discovery. Owner has owned it for Last 13 years, always covered storage when not in use. Used yearly for FL trips. All books, manuals, diagrams, service records. Really I nice coach. Everything is operational, roof perfect shape, O leaks, no delamination, oven never used, stove to heat water on occasion. All new dash air components from compressor to dash. Tires, Michelin 3 years Old, genny has 236 hours, coach has 40,000. Anything I should be on the lookout for? Is this a descendant coach? We sold our 2000 Monaco and realize there are quality differences, but we are just part timers, maybe one long trip a year. Just want something dependable. I do all my own repairs and maintenance and know there will be some on occasion So that is just a normal part of the equation. Just looking for some pros and cons on the coach. Thanks, Steve

We owned a 2003 Discovery, sold it during a medical situation. Was a really nice coach. Never had any big problems. Engine/trans was a good match. I have a 2007 Bounder dp now, very much the same but only 300 hp. Wish we had the Discovery still, was a great ride. Good luck

Plan on servicing that generator...... replacing waste gate valves and toilet bowl seal....

Also check the gas regulator on propane tank and range for leaks.. converting the refrigerator to the Amish cooling plant is also a nice upgrade.

Guess I should update this thread. We actually ended up passing on the coach and purchased a 04 Monaco triple slide with a cummins/allison combo. Thanks for the replies!
