Get the vehicle ID # and contact Workhorse and they can tell you for sure what chassis it is.
Also check with Workhorse to find out if the recall on the brakes has been accomplished. If the recall on the brakes has not been done then you need to check and see if the rotors have been damaged and need to be replaced. If the rotors are damaged you are talking some serious money to replace them.
The manual hydraulic levelers are easy enough to use that you won't need to upgrade them to automatic. All you need to do is level the coach one time and then attach some bubble levels where you can see them when leveling the coach. The main thing is to make sure the refrigerator is level.
If it has a Dometic refrigerator you will need to contact Dometic to see if it is one that had a recall on it and if the recall was done.
There may be other recalls issued by Fleetwood so you will need to check with them.
