'04 Bounder 35E Dash Illuminated Switches

Hello everyone....

I noticed the other night that all my dashboard switches are illuminated from within EXCEPT the headlight on/off switch and my Overdrive on/off switch. These two switches are located next to each other to the left of the steering column. Trying to find the OD switch in the dark is a pain in the tuckus. I can't imagine that these switches alone are not illuminated.

I've checked behind the switches for loose/disconnected wires but all seems ok. The dimmer roller works fine for all the other illuminated switches and instrument panel.

Before I waste all my time chasing a problem that might not even exist, could someone with an '04 Bounder 35E check those two switches and see if they're illuminated when the headlights are on?

Also, if anyone might have any idea where to start searching for this problem, I'm all ears. It's a small problem, but when you're driving in the dark, reaching for switches that you can't see is no fun.

Thanks....

Jim
