04 Southwind Windows fogging up

I live in the Pac northwest and only have 20,000 miles on a 2004 Southwind 36' coach, 1 owner, and the past two years we are seeing the windows develop a blueish color in the coach side window. Wondering why and what past owners have done? I'm looing for any past comments or ideas at this time? Do or will I have to replace the windows soon?

Dual pane windows can have a problem with fogging. My Bounder is much older than your Southwind and I have three windows that will need replacing this summer.

I intend to use Atwood Mobile Glass in Elkhart, Indiana as my supplier.

Their number is 574-266-4829. They will tell you how to measure the window (and the corner radius) and can supply the glass for any Fleetwood product window. Their glass and shipping costs are reasonable.

It is not a particularly difficult job to replace the window glass if you have a helper.

There are places that will "rebuild" yours or even do it yourself solutions. Do a search on fogging windows or other terms like that on the forums or Google. Thta should give you a bunch of ideas.

I have never heard of a do-it-yourself solution that was both an acceptable and permanent cure. Good luck with that.....

Thanks all .I just thought it was weird for the windows to do this in mild weather and was wondering if Fleetwood was recalling or had a solution.

I hopr this goes out I'm new to this web site and blogging.

I got tired of my fogged windows in an older (94) Bounder - rig was originally from California coast and then Oregon (humidity). Here in Colorado the air is dryer. I carefully drilled two holes, one top, one bottom, through the aluminum spacer and seals in the fogged windows. They have stayed clear for the past two years.

I've read good reviews for Dave Root out of Bend Oregon. He does sell a do-it-yourself kit with instructions.
