according to the owners manual our storm is suppose to have heated holding tank areas when the house heat is on. I have placed a therm. in there during cold weather and with the house heat on there is no temp change...
i have been to many dealers and there repair centers and have asked the techs if they are heated and if so where and how. None so far have been able to give me a straight answer. i called fleetwood and some say yes they are and others say no.
has anyone ever known where the heat comes from if indeed they are even heated?

we have a Revolution and were told all tanks were heated. Now the dealer is telling us we may need to put a heater in the wet bay to keep the water pump from freezing. I too need advice because all Fleetwood will tell me is:

We have provided the furnace duct routing diagrams for all three of our Revolution LE models. These diagrams show the furnace duct routing in the basement. Any compartment that the furnace duct routing does not cover is susceptible to freezing in weather below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

The three Fleetwood rigs I had own was all the same. You will have to pull out some drawers where your furnace or furnaces are located. Just follow the duct work and look for the duct pipe going down through the floor into the basement area under the flooring. That is your tank area heat that you get from Fleetwood. Sometimes it works and sometimes it will not, it all depends on the area they dropped the duck work.

One of my Pace Arrow it worked great but on the P/A I have now, the duct pipe is too far away from the water pump.

First off welcome, back in time and Stormin to irv2.
Like Paul said you may have to trace your duct work into your storage compartments. If you find a tin foil 4" duct you have a start to correct your problem.
You may also find that you have 12v or 110v heating pads under your tanks. Most likely 12v pads.
If you have neither you have extra duct outlets from your furnace which can extend down into tank areas.
I have a heat duct off furnace that has a 12v wisper fan installed in the 4" foil duct which cycles with the furnace when it comes on and off. If you do have a duct you can add the 12v fan and install a switch near your dash to put on 12v fan that you will add in duct.
Some coachs have a winter pkg option when ordering coach which you may or may not have.
Your profiles are not filled out but if your coachs are new they should be under warranty and your dealers should be helping you.
At least you know what you may or may not have to pursue your dealer or MFG.

I have a 05'Discovery that is supposed to be heated and keep a small electric heater in the wet bay. "Belt and suspenders".
