05 Bounder Factory stereo
I just bought a cherry 05 34H Bounder DP. The factory radio is a Visteon that has built in Sirius. I want to activate it but will need the Sirius serial #. On most stereos you just push the Saetllite button and it gives you the number. On this unit it just says call Sirius. Must be some combination of buttons that will give me the info. I have the radio manual but it is of no help. I would imagine that FW used the same radio in many applications. Can someone offer me some asistance? Thanks.

The only help I can offer on this is a # that will be useful to you. FW 800-322-8216. They will also email you electrical , plumbing and furnace schematics. I hope you enjoy your 35H as much as we enjoy our 35E. Welcome to the family.

Might be a PITA to get to, but IIRC you should be able to get the number off the Sirius unit itself. The Sirius unit is mounted on the firewall just to the left of the steering column.

Receiver Location
I found my Sirius box mounted on the panel to the left of the steering column and hidden behind the surround sound bass speaker box. You'll find the receiver ID on the box.
We're pretty happy with our 34H. I think there's not that much difference between an 05 & 06.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to upgrade the TV's etc. I might be able to save you from some of the mistakes I made.

Hi MuddyPaws... love the name! We just purchased a 2005 37" Fleetwood Bounder DP which has the original TV's in both front and rear of the coach. I would love to have your input before I embark on switching them out for flat screens and blue-ray.
Thanks,
Tom

Easy to find.
I posted pictures of my installs. If you search on my nickname you'll probably find it. Take a look and hit me with a PM if you have questions. Be glad to help any way I can.

That's one of them.
That link goes to some pictures I posted and will give you a general idea.
Don't waste your money on a single arm mount. The one I ended up with is rated at 6 to 8 times the weight of the TV and seems to be working well. I can send you a link to it on Amazon or EBay, whichever I bought it on.
I have some pictures of the rear TV install as well, it was a much simpler job. I'll email them directly to you if you can send your email address in a PM to me on this forum.
