05 Fleetwood Bounder 39Z wiring and jack issue

Just picked up a 2005 fleetwood bounder 39z and having some outlet and jack trouble. It sat for about four years prior to us getting it. We reset the ground fault in the bedroom and that activated some of the outlets up front. The one in the bathroom wouldnt reset so we changed it. On the live side black to ground produces 110 but black to white produces 90 and then the other side of the outlet doesnt receive any power. Also, by passing the outlet and just wire nutting the wires together does not produce any power to any other outlets. Any idea on where this wire runs so we can try to trace the leak? As for the jacks the solenoids work and when using the controller and doing the reset function all the jacks go down but do not work individually. So I believe I need to know where I can purchase a new controller.

Thanks.

I was having problems on my 2014 Southwind (Power Gear Levelers) and was told it was the controller.
Most places were priced @$500-$600.
I checked on Amazon and sure enough I found the exact controller for $300 delivered to the RV Park.
I installed it, only to find it really wasn't the controller, and ended up being a very difficult to locate 25-amp fuse.
The best part is that Amazon sent a return label immediately and I was refunded the $300.
Had I purchased from any RV parts store they would have said "no" to a return on an electronic part.
Check out Amazon.

Also have power gear. None of our fuses are tripped that we can see. When we cycle/reset the jacks we can control them but if we dont do that then we cant do anything with them.

You may want to call Power Gear and speak with a customer service rep.
I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Power Gear was bought out by LCI ( lippert ). Here’s a link to their site. I had good experience with them a few years ago.
