05 Southwind engine thermostat

Anyone knows where the engine thermostat is located under the hood ? My temp is at the red HOT and the radiator fans does not come on , even when ac and heater is on.

Thanks to the rig to the shop. They ran it for two hours, checked everything, the temp guage stayed normal the whole time. Thanks to all for your responses..
