06 Pace Arrow inverter & switch location

I almost feel foolish asking but my owners manual says it (the switch) is located in the bedroom if equipped with an inverter, I have not found the switch yet nor have I found the inverter,

I do not have any AC power at the outlet with the generator off and I'm wondering if the switch is turned off or even the house batteries might be dead which given the age and mileage on the unit I don't think so but I do want to check them out.

I tried looking behind the tv but I can only slide it out at an angle a few inches until it locks and do not see how to unlock that either and I've got a new TV ready to install there in the next few days.

In my defense now I've only had this unit about a month if even that

The chances are very good that you do not even have an inverter. An inverter is usually an option (not a standard feature) on low/mid level coaches.

You kind sir are absolutely correct I just got off the phone with Fleetwood and they said they do not put them in gas units.

I have no idea where I got the idea it had one but now I won't be trying to fix something that is not broken.

Thank you very much.

Me too. Our inverter is located underneath our bedroom wardrobe & the switch for it is on the opposite wall under the CO detector.
You can't miss the switch, it's pretty big & clearly labeled Inverter, so if you have one, you'll easily see it. There's a little sticker under our bedroom TV that reads:

Whoever you talked to at Fleetwood was wrong. They did & do put inverters in gas units; however, they are an option.

But she said it so convincingly I just had to believe her

I spent part of the afternoon changing out the TV in the bedroom to digital and had that door frame out on the floor so for sure I know there is no label on it, I did take a very quick look under the wardrobe drawers but I'll take a better look when I get back to the shop tomorrow. The only two switches I've found on the opposite wall are light and slider with another switch on the same wall as the wardrobe for the desk overhead light.

Part of my jobs since I picked this up has been to remove just about all of the decals and labels that were everywhere inside and not really needed.

I just caught the picture of the inverter switch and now that I know what it might look like I'm positive I do not have one.

I guess the search is on again just to be really sure, thank you both for the information.

DH took all ours off & attached them to copy paper. I put them in the accordion folder with all the other booklets/manuals...etc that came with the coach when new. Everytime we get something new or upgrade an item (PI EMS unit, LCD TV's, replaced backup monitor & camera, installed MCD shades in cockpit area), those manuals/installation instructions go in that folder. Someday, when we trade it, all the OEM paperwork plus stuff we added will go to the new owner. I even saved the brochure we got from the dealer when we were first shopping.

That's what I love to hear, most of the decals I had to scrap off but most of them were a California requirement to let me know that just about everything in the unit could cause cancer, there was even one at the door entrance on the exterior of the body, and one on the bathroom mirror that the process used in woodworking when building it could give off fumes.

Newer gas coaches often have a small inverter so the tv can be used without the generator. There probably isn't a switch for that, though. The tv would alsways be powered via that small inverter.

A larger one is typically optional and would have an on/off switch somewhere.

OK, I know this is an old thread but maybe somebody smarter than me is listening. I have an '05 Pace 37C with old-style TV's (one big one over dash, small one in BR), DVD/Sound system & VHS system. I SWEAR there is a small inverter somewhere so the TV's can be run off 12v when no shore power is available but I never tried it.
So, last week (long story) I inadvertently plugged the rig into a 230v outlet and fried the Converter (75A, under Washer/Dryer). Also fried the GFCI outlet in the bathroom. I've replaced the Converter and the GFCI, have 120v power everywhere and the 12v system seems fine also. All outlets checked and voltage, in correct phasing, is present, chargeer works too. BUT the TV's, DVD, VCR don't work. Is there an inverter somewhere I can't find it, or did I fry all those too?????
