#1 1999 Pace Arrow Vision 37'

Hi all,

My wife and I bought a 1999 Pace Arrow Vision this Spring. We have the Ford V10 version. This thing has some things that seem weird to me, but I thought I'd address them each in their own thread.

The first item is the basement. The doors have the usual rubber/ foam weatherstripping running around them, but on ours there is a gap at the bottom center. Should that be there? I thought that perhaps it was to allow for a cord or hose, but I noticed that a critter had gotten in one (the one right behind the door on the pass side) and made a nest. At some point I want to be able to store our portable grill in there but I don't want to attract pests.

There should be no gap there. Get some weather striping and repair it.
