Bounder: 12 volt lights out in dining area slide out

2004 Bounder Fleetwood on Chevy Chassis 8.1 Vortex -

While changing a bulb and spring on the light it popped and short out all the lights in the dining area.

I checked the breakers and fuses in the dash & under the hood.

What else could be causing the disruption of power to the lights?

I have 2006, and there is a fuse panel beside the 120/240 breaker panel in the bed frame. Maybe you have one there, also.

No fuses in bed frame - circuit breaker in a cabinet in bedroom

Is there a fuse panel near it? The fuse panel you have found is the chassis manufacturer's panel. The one not found is the coach builder's panel.

Check in the bedroom,look for your converter there should be a panel on the converter that will open that should have your house fuses in it.Where ever you find your converter it houses your house fuses.

As stated before, you have a 12VDC fuse panel inside the coach somewhere. Mine, for example, is located next to the AC circuit breaker panel.

Thank you one and all I found the 12 VDC fuse panel - * note for other rookies is is behind a metal panel.

There’s a fuse panel in the bedroom on the side of the closet. Flat plastic cover. Just pop it off. That’s where all your 12v lighting fuses are

Have a 2006 Southwind. Just put these in to replace the camper lights. Also did the ceiling fixture replacement.
