12v Power Loss

I have a 2004 Fleetwood Flair. When I am plugged in to shore power all 12v systems are ok. When I unplug I have no 12v power. I have two house batteries that are less than a year old. When I start the engine I regain my 12v power. I checked all breakers and fuses on the inside and all are OK. I looked in the box under the hood and all appear to be OK. I do not see any breakers in this box. Any ideas? PS - the switches on my wall panel that are supposed to disconnect the batteries when stored quit working about two years ago. I have not been able to find the correct switch to replace them. Now I just disconnect my batteries if the coach is not plugged in. However, I have not had a 12v power problem until now.

Sounds like a converter issue to me.

Those switches work relays. Check the relays too. Check for power at the converter.

It's not your converter. With the engine running, the BIRD is feeding the 12 VDC systems. With 120VAC shore power, the converter is supplying the 12 VDC. Find and replace the disconnect relay, or replace the fuse for it. Good Luck!
