1989 tioga arrow seat to steering wheel alignment?

So I had my first haul of a couple hundred miles this weekend in my 89 tioga on a ford E350 chassis. At first I thought that the drivers seat was a little crooked. But after driving for a while it seems more like the steering wheel isn't centered with the seat. The steering wheel is more towards my left side. Is this normal?

The rigors of mass production. Not really unusual.
There should be at least three bolts under the dash; holding the column; perhaps as many a six. Loosening them should give you a little adjustment. Try not to move the column up & down only side to side. You may have to remove the lower dash panel for access.
