1990 Fleetwood Flair

I got lucky I just bought this one for or $4,400 with 51,000 miles. Fort 460 new tires, and shocks. Generator in perfect condition. The interior was in great shape. A nice lady owned it and rarely drove on any long trips. The roof however in poor condition with tears. I did not use a coating, but did preform patch repairs using Dicor patches and sealers. That orked pretty good and left the old surface in tact for now. The previous owner coated the roof either with the wrong product or improperly and it was bubbled up and peeling. I had to scrape the majority and leave it for now. I will monitor it each month for integrity. I found an internet site that has stripes decals (and pictures murals with landscapes, American eagle, etc).

Can't wait to take my first trip to the beach here in the SF Bay area. I live in Napa, CA.

If the EDPM roof rubber is exposed, it won't last long without a proper coating. A leaking roof can bring rot and mold, and ruin the interior ceiling and sidewalls. I'd not put off a proper repair too long, it will just cost more to wait.
