1990 Jamboree Rallye 26': Where is the coach battery???

I'm a very new motorhome owner. I've got the owner's manual for the rig. It mentions the auxiliary battery but doesn't say where it's supposed to be located. I've looked all over and can't find it. Any ideas? The generator runs (kinda.. churns.. slow..fast..slow..fast) but I have no lights once I shut the generator off. Also, nothing is powered with the engine running, so I assume there's no inverter for the 120VAC or connection between the chassis 12VDC and the house 12VDC, either?

Duh! I don't know how I missed it. I didn't see any cuts in the carpet so didn't think it was there. Pulled on the carpet and whalla.. .there it is. Wired backwards (red on - and black on +). Thanks LVRVLUVR
