1993 Fleetwood Flair 22ft battery shut off switch

Well..I think I did a slight foo-pah! Here are the details:

I have three switches on the left upon entering our RV. Left one is for the outside light. Center one is for an interior light. The one on the right (which is red) I was told is the switch for the electric step. But, upon further investigation(and finding my coach battery will not charge) I m thinking that the red switch is for the battery shutoff.

We tore out the step, because it was shot. So we assumed that the red switch was for the step. So I taped up the wires.

Now, I m thinking that switch was for the coach battery shutoff.

Anyone know for sure of this switch's identity?

Thanks,eh?
