1994 33M Winterizing

Hello all,
We have had our 94PA for just over a year now. Last winter we paid to have it winterized, but this year my husband wanted to give it a go himself. The one thing that is stumping him is how to bypass the hot water tank so that we can save on the antifreeze. Do the older models not have this feature? All of the videos & posts we have watched have mentioned this as though it is standard. I have included a picture of our water compartment, which is where we assumed it would be located, as we did not notice anything near the hot water tank panel. Any advice on this is always appreciated.
