1994 American Eagle Battery Connection

I am back with another problem.
I asked last week about a step problem and one idea was to check my coach batteries. well I disconnected the cables and checked them individually
Well I put back all the cables connecting the 4 batteries. All are good.
The problem is I have a cable that comes from the chassis panel box that is next to the battery compartment that I have no idea where it goes. How dumb it that you ask. Pretty dumb!
I checked voltage in it and it has 13.7. It's connected to something inside the that looks like a solenoid.
Any idea where it goes.
I don't see anything in the manual that will help me.

A photo of what "looks like a solenoid " would help to confirm what it is.
