1994 Fleetwood Bounder 36PD Diesel

Hello everyone, I'm trying to locate a schematic diagram for the Circuit Board in the Battery Control Center BCC for my Motorhome. There is a small voltage regulator on the board that literally burns in half after a minute of operation. Would hate to spend 500 bucks on a new board only to find out something external to the board is causing this problem. Any help is appreciated!! Thank You!

There is no part number on the board anywhere but i did find this replacement board that looks just like the one i have.
