1994 Pace Arrow repair manual
I'm looking for a 1994 pace arrow repair manual. I'm trying to get my 99yr old dad's rv going to get him out of the house. I need the an electrical diagram. The starter was not engaging . I've replaced all the batteries. The solenoid isn't engaging. I've pulled the starter and had it tested. It's working. The power cable to the bendix isn't getting power. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance.

Cummins Diesel,
Ford 460, or
Chevy 454 chassis?

Remove and clean all the connections including the grounds. We need to know the chassis or engine for more detailed help.

I've cleaned the terminals and made sure the ground was good. I'm just starting this project and I haven't found any literature on it. I am trying to find out about the chassis and I know it has a cummings 200 hp diesel. It's a 1994 Fleetwood Pace arrow.
Many thanks

1994 pace arrow repair manual
I have to check some after storing a few months yet a couple years ago I went thru and flipped every breaker, checked and replaced any 12v fuse that looked suspect, and retightened anything I could find loose. Then replaced most bulged with LEDs.
The starter was giving me symptoms, so I started by replacing the ignition switch, done! It had a crack in it, and was lucky to have it not fail during travel. Another time I figured out it would turn over but not start, I pressed on the accelerator while starting and it fired, another symptom I believe of the ignition switch..

Surging can be caused by a small vacuum leak, and/or low fuel pressure.
I'd get a can of carburetor cleaner, and lightly spray the:
- TBI throttle shaft
- TBI base gasket
- Intake manifold gaskets (one at a time)
Check for cracked, loose or missing vacuum lines.
Check for a bad PCV valve.

Thanks, I will get at it tomorrow. I didn't think PCV so I'll check that too.Whats best way to check low fuel pressure, low tech if possible, but if needed a specific tool then I'd figure something out at that point. What is throwing me off is that pressing accelerator it stats to die and when I let uff it gets fuel again. The first time this happened I was stopped at red light. Light turned green and pulled into intersection making left about halfwaythru it hesitated and stalled. I put in park started right up shifted to D waited for brakes accelerated started to die let off and continued turn, gave gas again it tried to s\tall. I got it to parking Loy by pressing and letting off, pressing gas less each time kept it running enough to park safely.

Could be a bad TPS and/or a CTS (Throttle position sensor and Cooling temp sensor)

Confirm your fuel pressure.
What year coach and GM or Ford? Put that info in your signature.
After fuel pressure check for vacuum leak/s at throttle shaft ends, TBI base gasket. The 94-95 year TBI fuel pressure was 26-32psi. Earlier year TBIs were 9-13psi.
