1996 Bounder Passenger seat removal

I don't want to somehow do it wrong but I need the space. How do I go about removing the passenger seat from a 1996 fleetwood bounder?

If it's mounted anything like our 96 Fleetwood Flair, then you will have visible bolts under the carpet, with nuts and huge washers under the floor. Those nuts may have undercoating on them. If you have a helper, have them hold the nut from turning while you undo the bolt from the inside.
