1996 Pace Arrow Vision Power Gear Troubleshooting

1996 Pace Arrow Vision. Before I winterized it last fall, there was an issue with a warning signal that the jacks weren't retracting, when in fact they were. On the last trip, the warning beep sounded off and on on the last trip home. This spring, the Jack Down and Low Voltage light flashed. Trouble shooted with Power Gear and and thought it might be low fluid. Topped off the fluid, and it worked. Once. Now with the ignition in the accessory position, the On/Off switch lights up green, the Low voltage light comes on as well as the Motor Hot light. The jacks will not power and go down. This is the manual system. Did more trouble shooting with Power Gear. Even Sharing video with them, we were not able to locate the pump for the system. Would be helpful to know where the pump is located (I have some mobility issues, so crawling around is difficult). Any idea on where the pump is located and any thoughts on the issues at the switch? Thinking this may be an electrical issue. Did have some mouse problems.

In my '94 Bounder the Power Gear hydraulic manifold was accessible under the hood right near the passenger front wheel. You can find it by just listening to the motor when you try to extend the jacks. Mine was a tripod setup for the jacks. It was easy to work on in my case (diesel, so no engine in the way) and I had a couple instances where the tabs corroded off the hydraulic valves and fell off while traveling. So once you find the manifold, check the wires, the connections, etc. for corrosion damage. Here's my ad free blog post about it: Power Gear...

I was impressed by how easy it was to work on. I even got to modify the electronic control once (my favorite thing!).

Here's where it was on my '94:
