1997 Fleetwood Southwind 35W A/C questions

Howdy all,
I am sure this has been asked a hundred times, but I am having no luck finding info through the search feature. My rear AC has given up the ghost I am afraid, and I am looking to see if anyone has good info on what size AC unit to get and if there are different dimensions to them? My front AC is dead too! lol I open it up and the motor and fans are missing from it. We are currently full timers and live in Texas, so another question would be is it possible to run both units at the same time? Would I have to run lower BTU units to accomplish this? Sorry for all the questions but having trouble finding the info and thought maybe someone here has done the same thing I am looking to do or something similar. I know they are ducted units. I currently have a window unit in our bedroom but its not enough to cool the whole rig. Any help, suggestions, and info would be greatly appreciated.

If your coach has 30 amp service, then it came equipped with a 13,500 BTU front unit and a 11,000 (or 11,500) BTU unit in the rear. You coach was equipped the an Intellitec load shedding controller, that allowed Both units to run at the same time, if no other load is present. If you have a failure with the Intellitec system, Waiter's ECC has replacement components. [Mod Edit] Intellitec no longer has replacements.

Our 30A Fleetwood coach with the optional rear A/C. Both are confirmed to be Coleman 13.5K units, and 5KW generator. The coach did not come with the Intellitec system, rather it has the Front/Rear selector switch for shore power use.

We have since converted the coach with a 50A hybrid upgrade so we can operate both A/C on shore power.
